This plugin is for a search form on header. it’s only for “Javo theme”

When you activate this plugin, there will be “header search” tab on setting.

Page settings : there will be pages which are created by “ONLY MAP TEMPLATES”. the search result will be displayed on map pages only. so choose one of map pages you want to have the landing page of search result.
